The publisher of it is The Clute Institute. And this journal is begun at( begin in) 2006. It publishes twice a year, and the published months are June and December. In the first year, it published two issues. However, it published 4 issues from 2007 to 2011. After that, it returned to 2 issues per year until now. Every issue has about 6-10 articles, but in the recent 2 years, which in 2015 and 2016, it just had 1-2 articles in each issue. It may show that this journal in recent years doesn’t have enough submissions, and it can lead to serious problems, such as, reduce (reducing) the publication frequency or closure. Then, about (are ) the editors. The editor-in-chief is Trudy Billion. She is an adjunct professor in University of Sioux Falls, and she also works in training and HR consulting areas.
